Recommended Exercise for Parkinson’s
| Aerobic | 150 min/week (e.g. 5×30 min): walking, cycling, swimming, dancing |
| Strength | 2–3 days/week: resistance bands, weights, bodyweight exercises |
| Balance | At least 2 days/week: tai chi, yoga, single-leg standing |
| Flexibility | Daily: stretching, especially posture, neck, and hips |
| Big Movements | Parkinson’s-specific: large, exaggerated movements benefit the nervous system |
